While I have been trained in both Classical and Modern Qigong, I have been drawn to the Medical Qigong styles and those based on the Five Elements Theory. I honor and respect the way these Qigong styles have been passed down generation to generation. Therefore, I aspire to teach them as authentically as possible, and only share styles that I have been certified to teach.
