About myself and my personal Qigong journey

I am a pharmacist and Qigong practitioner with a passion for helping people, especially those suffering from chronic health conditions.

I discovered Qigong while seeking help for my own healing journey, including assisting recovery from back surgery and meningitis, as well as living with myasthenia gravis (a rare autoimmune affecting neuromuscular junctions). While I also used other forms of complementary and lifestyle medicine, the improvements to my health from Qigong surprised both myself and those who know me.

I worked as a pharmacist for over 20 years and often wished more could be done to help people feel better and get well. So, I have now changed my career, and I am teaching Qigong to help achieve this. My purpose is to empower and guide people to experience the wonderful healing benefits that Qigong can bring into their lives as it continues to do in mine.

Let’s embark and explore this self-care, self-healing, self-discovery and self-mastery Qigong journey together!
