Churn Chi Koay (CC) is a very dedicated and thorough tutor who encourages all abilities to participate and share a Qigong session with her. CC’s classes are always well prepared, the room is always ready for us, and she starts on time. Over the years CC has introduced different forms of this activity, and the challenges inspire us all.

I have been attending CC Qigong classes in Willunga for over 2 years. I look forward to my weekly class and I try to keep up the practice under my own steam in between.
